Shipping & Returns

Shipping is $10 for orders $200 and under. Free shipping on all items (except tanks & weights) by the most economical carrier for orders over $200.00 shipped within the continental US.

INTERNATIONAL and orders to ALASKA or HAWAII: We'll email you with the most competitive shipping quote we can find. Most items ship the same day and we will email you if an item cannot be shipped within 72 hours of the order being placed.

Overnight is an extra $10 + 5% of the order total.

Tanks and weights ship at $1.00 per pound.

Return products in 15 days for a refund (minus 10% restocking fee) as long as items are in new, unopened condition.

Aeris Products have a 30-day return period.

Trips are fully refundable greater then 60 days before departure. 60 or less days, the refund is based on replacement of participation were permitted by the carrier(s)-- contact us by email for the specifics about a certain trip. Some trips have different refund policies that maybe explained in that trips description.

Classes are not refundable. You may change the class type or schedule up to 72hrs prior to the start of class at no additional cost (space permitting). Missing class forfeits your tuition.
