Rescue Diver Course

Without a doubt this is the funnest class that we teach! You'll learn important self and buddy rescue skills as well as learn your personal limitations and powerful tools to observe and identify problems before anything goes wrong.
Format:
- Study the Rescue Diver Book and complete the knowledge reviews
- Practical work in the classroom: We'll spend an evening going through the knowledge reviews and talking about real-world scenarios.
- Pool skills practice: Spend an evening in the pool learning how to administer rescue breathing, use a pocket mask and more in the water and in all of your scuba gear.
- Ocean Dives: We'll spend a weekend in Monterey doing ripped-from-the-headlines rescue scenarios and honing your skills working in rough surf.
